Just a quick heads up to let everyone know I haven't forgotten about new content etc, just really busy with work, home life issues and getting all the existing content migrated from the old Joomla site so that I can finally decommission it and link the .com name to the new site. Not far off now as I now have 8500 files migrated.

I will look at getting Jason's new submissions added late this week as well as upgrading a few files with updated pages kindly provided by JabbaTheGamer.

Working in a retail environment I really hate this time of year. Everything is frantic and I am knackered when I get home. Roll on having a few days off work at Christmas time!!

Here's Dengeki G's Magazine issue 18 with another round of PlayStation, Saturn, and PC bishoujo games. Nintendo is conspicuously absent aside from a GBC game, but they weren't exactly known for allowing bishoujo games on their systems at the time. If you ask me, that's one reason the N64 was handily outsold by the Saturn in Japan, and why they changed their priorities with later systems like the highly successful Switch which are chock-full of bishoujo.

RUN issue 06 has been scanned and added to the download area.

Just going through my notes submitted with these scans of GM 175-180 I didn't have too many problems scanning the mags and most turned out alright. The biggest out of that set I had an 'issue' with is 179. As per my notes:

"This issue was a real pain to scan. At first I thought there was something wrong with my scanner but I checked another issue by scanning a page and it was straight so I don't believe it's my scanner at fault here. It's clearly how the magazine has been cut."

This magazine it's worth noting also has a cover that has a reflective surface. If you looked up close to the cover you would see your own reflection. Unfortunately one of the few negatives of digital preservation is that it cannot preserve the physical aspects of a magazine.

Anyway I hope you enjoy them. I look forward to getting on with 2008 next year. Happy Christmas and Happy New Year!
